STF: GETTING PLACES IN FEATURE DOCUMENTARY

IFI STRANGER THAN FICTION SPECIAL EVENTS

Featuring producers and directors who have had success with both short and feature documentaries, including Aoife Kelleher and Rachel Lysaght (the makers of recent Galway Film Fleadh hit One Million Dubliners) and John Wallace and Des Doyle (Showrunners), this panel will focus on progressing from shorts to features and the different creative and commercial challenges that entails. The panel, chaired by Festival Programmer Ross Whitaker, will also discuss pushing beyond your first feature and making a career in the international marketplace.
