Wild Strawberries is our bi-monthly film club for over 55s.

Robert Redford directs and stars in this gripping thriller about one-time members of 1960’s American revolutionary group the Weathermen, whose aim was to overthrow the US Government. When present day housewife Sharon Solarz (Susan Sarandon) decides to turn herself in for a 30-year-old bank robbery, investigator (Shia LaBouef) uncovers Jim Grant (Redford) who has been living in hiding. Grant goes on the run, seeking out former lover (Julie Christie) who might help to clear his name. (Notes by Alicia McGivern.)
